Leading iGaming software provider EveryMatrix has suspended its services and is not able to accept further gambling activity from UK players.
In an email sent to TopRatedCasinos.co.uk, PWR.bet, an operator on the EveryMatrix platform, stated the “short term” suspension was attributed to “issues with handling possible addictive players”.
The UK Gambling Commission announced the licence suspension Thursday afternoon and has instigated a review of the company’s operating licence. The Gambling Commission has remained coy on the reason behind the suspension, only stating the investigation “followed compliance activity which included examining its customer interaction framework”.
In a statement released by EveryMatrix, the company has said that all players will be able to access their accounts and withdraw any funds at any time during the period of suspension. Ante-post bets will also be honoured, so wagers on future events will be paid out as usual, if they become winning bets.
The following websites will not be able to accept any further gambling activity from UK players until further notice:
