Fruit Kings Casino Review

FruitKings is a brand new online casino, established as recently as 2019. While they may be new, they are owned by a company that has proven time and time again that they can produce top quality online casinos – Dazzletag Entertainment Ltd.

They have a wealth of casino games for members to enjoy, which includes slots, jackpot slots, table games, and live casino tables. FruitKings Casino is also fully regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, showing that they take security as well as the legality of online gambling seriously.

The site is powered by some of the top software providers in the market, including the likes of Microgaming and NetEnt.

Bonuses & Promo

Bonuses & Promotions

Taking advantage of a welcome bonus is one of the perks of signing up at a new casino, and I’m pleased to say Fruitkings’ offering is pretty solid. The bonus is pretty flexible, comprising both a deposit match and free spins.

The deposit match portion is 100% up to £50 — by no means is this the biggest deal I’ve seen, but you’ll still land a substantial amount of free play. I made the minimum £10 deposit required to claim, receiving an extra £10 in bonus credit which I used to test out a few different table games and slots. Keep in mind you’ll need to use a debit card for your qualifying deposit as e-wallets and prepaid cards are excluded.

One gripe I do have with this offer is the fact you have to use your entire real money balance before you can use the bonus credit, which does diminish the value a bit. This is a relatively common casino bonus term but I’d still prefer it if players could use the promotion to test out games before staking their own cash.

As for the free spins portion, you’ll get 100 in total — 50 on deposit, 25 a day later, and another 25 a day after that. The spins can be used on Book of Dead and are worth 10p each. I’ve played this slot plenty in my time and it’s not the most imaginative choice for the offer, but I can’t blame Fruitkings for picking a crowd pleaser.

The wagering requirements for the offer are set at 40x. This applies to the match bonus and any winnings from your free spins. In my book, these requirements are a little high but this doesn’t make much difference — even low wagering requirements of 20x make withdrawing your bonus unlikely.

If you’re seeking the best value, I’d recommend checking out a no wagering offer such as 32Red’s 30 no wagering free spins. The obvious trade-off here is the bonus is significantly smaller, but there’s a greater chance of withdrawing any winnings if you do strike lucky.

As for ongoing promos, there’s not too much to speak of unfortunately. Players can participate in Drops & Wins giveaways, but I’d love to see Fruitkings expand the offering with some weekly free spins or a reload bonus.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

The welcome bonus with FruitKings casino carries a 40x wagering requirement, which is around the mid-range when it comes to casino welcome offers. On top of this, you must use your full cash balance before you can use the bonus funds, which would be the full £100 if you have claimed the maximum deposit match.

Do note that live casino play, as well as table games, do not count towards the wagering requirement, so this bonus is not suitable if these are some of your favorite types of games. Despite this, you can win a total of £500 from the welcome bonus, which is certainly more generous than some other online casinos.

The best thing to do is use your bonus funds on slot games, as these contribute at a rate of 50%, compared to bingo games at a rate of 10%. Finally, you must use the free spins within 48 hours, but the deposit bonus is valid for 30 days.

Design & Usability

Once I landed on the Fruitkings homepage, the first thing that jumped out to me was its colourful, cartoony nature. Don’t get me wrong — I love a slick dark theme as much as the next guy, but it’s nice to see Fruitkings take itself a little less seriously. Online casinos are about having fun, and the theme of the site ties into this well.

In terms of the user interface, I found the site was fluid and free from lag or glitches, with all games running smoothly. I do feel Fruitkings could do a bit more in terms of the filtering options. While table and live dealer games are conveniently split into separate categories like roulette or blackjack, the slots section is pretty much a free-for-all. That means it’s difficult to narrow down your search.

One thing I did like was the fact the library is paginated — many sites employ infinite scrolling, which I find a bit awkward when you’re dealing with hundreds of different games. I was also glad to be able to search by developer instead of just game title. If Fruitkings adds some more specific categories within the slots catalogue — Megaways, avalanche reels, classic slots, etc — I’ll have very few complaints.

Software

As is the case at online casinos with as many games as Fruitkings touts, the developers behind the library are second to none. All the big names are checked off here, and I found titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, and Blueprint to name a few. But filling in the gaps are plenty of smaller names, including a few of my personal favourites. There’s a great collection of Nolimit City games in the library, along with titles from other top-shelf studios like Hacksaw, ELK, Golden Rock, and Iron Dog.

On the live dealer side, Evolution provides the bulk of the library — great news, as this developer is the best in the business. Pragmatic Play also features, bringing with it a degree of diversity. These two names have truly earned their stripes in the live casino space, and I always have a fantastic time with their titles.

Games

So, onto the main event — the games! Fruitkings features hundreds of them, so there’s plenty to choose from.

As with most sites, slots offer the greatest choice. I found plenty of time-tested favourites including Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, and Immortal Romance, alongside a plethora of new releases. At the time of writing, these included Viking Runecraft 100, Candy Jar Clusters, and Gem Crush. The library even touts some exclusive titles you won’t find elsewhere, indicated by a tag on the thumbnail. Digging through the catalogue, I was pleased to see games spanning all manner of themes from feudal Japan to outer space and everything in between. There’s also an excellent range of jackpot slots if you fancy going after some bigger wins.

On the table games side, there’s a decent number of RNG games including roulette, blackjack, and video poker. Players can get involved at stakes as low as 10p, and I found plenty of regional variants too. Naturally, the most options for table games are found in the live dealer section. Weird and wonderful game shows like Crazy Pachinko and Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt offer something a bit different to the norm, along with plenty of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and sic bo titles streamed from immersive studios around the world.

Slots

FruitKings Casino offers many of the leading slots games on the market. Some of these games include:

  • Gonzo’s Quest
  • Starburst
  • Bonanza
  • Rainbow Riches
  • Monopoly-themed games
  • Deal or no Deal

While these are the most popular and well-known slots games offered at FruitKings Casino, they do have more than 150 different slots to choose from. The games selection consists of games from providers like NetEnt, SG Gaming, Microgaming, Lightning Box, Yggdrasil Gaming, and multiple others.

The standard slot games, which are both in 2D and 3D, are separated from the list of progressive slots. These are shown under the category of ‘jackpots’, and includes top progressive games like Mega Moolah.

Live Casino

While it’s great that FruitKings Casino does offer live play, they have just 7 live casino games on offer. These games are also limited in terms of variety, as all of the 7 games are either roulette or blackjack orientated. There are 2 roulette variations, which are Auto Roulette and Classic Roulette. As for blackjack, there is Classic Blackjack, Common Draw Blackjack, and high roller variations of these games.

There is a decent atmosphere in the live casino, and you can hit the live tables for just £1 per spin, or per hand for blackjack. In addition to this, the daily limit for winnings is super high – currently standing at £250,000.

Cashier

On the whole, I was pretty impressed with the cashier side of Fruitkings. The supported deposit options cover most bases — debit cards, Paysafecard, and Trustly can all be used. If you prefer to manage your bankroll with an e-wallet, PayPal, Neteller, and Skrill are your options. These are the most popular e-wallet services so it’s nice to see all three supported.

I typically opt for PayPal where it’s available on account of the fact there are no additional fees when withdrawing your e-wallet balance, unlike with Neteller and Skrill. However, I made a debit card deposit at Fruitkings in order to claim the welcome bonus in line with the T&Cs.

As for withdrawals, Fruitkings does a good job here too. But there is a minor hitch — the site operates a closed loop system, which means your withdrawal must be processed using the same method used to deposit. So if, like me, you used your debit card for your deposit when claiming the welcome offer, you can’t then swap to an e-wallet to process your withdrawal.

That’s a minor inconvenience, but in fairness sites that use these systems typically pay out faster anyway as the payment method has already been verified. My debit card withdrawal during testing arrived the next day — not too shabby! That said, I’d still recommend opting for an e-wallet if you want access to the best speeds, not to mention a host of other benefits like enhanced security, an app to manage your account on the go, and the ability to keep all your betting funds in one place.

Mobile Experience

Those with a penchant for using handheld devices can enjoy the fantastic Fruitkings library via the mobile browser. All I had to do was tap the address into Safari on my iPhone 12 and then log in. The site looks and feels pretty much identical on mobile as it does on desktop, and it functions just as flawlessly.

As is often the case with mobile sites, I did find the lack of filtering for the slots was more of an issue. With less screen space for game thumbnails, I found myself scrolling a fair bit when browsing the titles.

Nonetheless, the catalogue offers the same range of titles and it’s nice to know you won’t miss out if you prefer to play on phone or tablet.

App Review

Fruitkings does not currently offer a mobile app. Fortunately, the mobile site is more than up to the task. There’s no need to install anything, and it works on all devices from phones to tablets, whether you’re running Android, iOS, or something else entirely.

Summary

Has Fruitkings earned its spot on the throne? In my book, it’s a pretty clear yes. There’s lots about this online casino that makes it worth a try no matter your tastes. The library is packed with games, managing your bankroll is a breeze thanks to flexible payment methods, and the jovial site design is a breath of fresh air.

Of course, there are some areas that could be improved. I’d love to see the welcome bonus tweaked so it’s a little more player-friendly — for example, the need to spend your real money balance before you can use the bonus credit is pretty frustrating, especially when combined with the wagering requirements. Nonetheless, the offer competes with other sites around in terms of size.

I’d also like to see some improvements to the library filtering options so it’s easier to narrow down your search. As it stands, it’s easy to overlook some of the fantastic slots within the substantial Fruitkings library.

All things considered, I’d definitely say this is an online casino worth a look. But don’t just take my word for it — simply click through using our link to sign up and claim your welcome bonus, and give Fruitkings a spin for yourself.

Questions and Answers

  • The Fruitkings welcome bonus has wagering requirements of 40x. So if you claim a £10 bonus, you’ll need to wager £400 of your own money before the bonus and resulting winnings can be withdrawn. This applies to winnings from free spins too — so if you win £10 with free spins, you need to wager £400 in total for the winnings to become withdrawable.

  • Yes. Fruitkings supports e-wallets and Trustly which are the best methods for receiving fast withdrawals. You’ll usually receive your money the next working day after you request it.

  • No, not currently. Fortunately, you can still play on phones and tablets using the mobile site which can be accessed via your device’s browser.
