Design & Usability

Design and usability is unfortunately the area LuckLand impressed us the least. The site itself is not particularly inspiring and looks a little cluttered. Personally, we sometimes found it hard to find what we were looking for — with information and page links split between two separate nav bars and also the footer.
Browsing the library itself worked well for the most part. We’re glad that you can search by both title and developer, and the ability to sort games alphabetically is handy.

Ultimately, it’s the delivery that’s lacking. In particular, the support pages were rather disorganised — it’s vital for an online casino to get this right so players can find the answers they need in a pinch. We also found the website a little slow to load.

Software

LuckLand has a pretty strong roster of developers in its library. Top-shelf names like Play’n GO, NetEnt, and Microgaming are present, although Playtech is one noteworthy absentee. There’s a decent selection of small developers too, including Hacksaw Gaming and Rubyplay. LuckLand’s games library is well-provisioned with a huge glut of slots, a decent array of table games, and strong live casino section. Let’s dive in to how each section fares.

Slots

With over 850 slot games in the library, this is definitely a stand-out aspect of LuckLand. There’s a huge amount of choice for players, with games of all volatilities and stakes to suit every budget. While the base offering is certainly strong, there are some areas LuckLand could improve on. For starters, there are only 13 progressive jackpot slots. As with many online casinos, the selection of table games is vastly undersized in comparison to the slots and live dealer libraries. That said, there’s still some fun to be had here. Customer support at LuckLand is a mixed bag. At first, we thought a contact form was the only option. However, we later discovered there is live chat functionality — but it’s not clear how to access it. We could only do so from the FAQs section.
