Swift Casino Review

Swift Casino is a relatively new platform launched in 2019 and operates under the Titanium Brace Marketing Ltd. umbrella, a SkillOnNet subsidiary. The same company oversees PlayOJO, one of my favourite online casinos. I was itching to give Swift Casino a spin, and while it cannot match the impressive wagering requirement-free bonus gameplay, several casino characteristics suggest it can enter the big leagues. The operator has one of the best progressive jackpot collections, mixing certified classics like Divine Fortune with a complete range of Blueprint Jackpot King titles. I was also a huge fan of the top-tier live dealer library, with players enjoying a fantastic range of choices. New Swift Casino customers can access a 100% up to £50 deposit match and 50 free spins welcome bonus using the SWIFT bonus code. Read on for my complete thoughts on the platform, and consider taking advantage of the welcome bonus if you like what you read.

Bonuses & Promo

Bonuses & Promotions

Swift Casino has a solid range of bonuses, with a generous welcome bonus followed by several regular promos for existing customers. I was also happy to find a dedicated VIP scheme, which isn’t available at many similarly-ranked platforms like Rainbow Riches and Hyper Casino. The operator also offers daily opportunities to gain free spins or other incentives, placing it among the industry’s higher echelons regarding overall casino offers.

The 100% up to £50 deposit match with 50 free spins welcome bonus is relatively standard, although I liked that the full £50 in bonus funds were made available from the offset. Alternative casinos often advertise a “welcome package” requiring far larger deposits spread over two or three payments to claim full bonus funds.

Swift Casino just requires one £50 deposit to unlock a further £50 in bonus funds, and you also get 50 free spins on Book of Dead for good measure. The total bonus amount is lower than the likes of Duelz or Pub Casino, but so is the initial outlay. Consequently, it can be more attractive for complete beginners wary about parting with as much money straight away.

Unfortunately, the terms and conditions let the offer down. Swift Casino sticks a 30x playthrough on the deposit bonus funds, slightly smaller than other sites like Rialto Casino (35x) and Fun Casino (50x). However, the free spins winnings have a huge 60x wagering requirement. Not only this, but the guidelines for satisfying these clauses were also more complicated and restrictive than usual. Only slots count towards the wagering requirements, and the maximum bet is either £5 or 10% of the free spins winnings.

I’ll list the most important Swift Casino welcome bonus terms and conditions below:

  • £20 minimum deposit
  • Maximum £50 bonus funds
  • 30x wagering requirement on deposit match bankroll
  • 60x wagering requirements on free spins winnings
  • 30 days limit on wagering requirements

Ultimately, I’d point most players hunting for more favourable terms and conditions towards MrQ, PlayOJO, or Paddy Power. These sites don’t have any wagering requirements on their welcome bonuses, although you’ll need to settle for less bonus funds overall. The Swift Casino bonus also falls short of the £100 deposit match seen elsewhere, so it may not be the best choice for beginners looking for higher bonus funds amounts to help them learn the online slot fundamentals.

While the Swift Casino welcome bonus is slightly disappointing, I did find several enticing regular promotions. Check below for the main details:

  • VIP Lounge – The Swift Casino VIP scheme is one of my favourites. Players climb six levels by wagering on different casino games, receiving various incentives along the way. You’ll be invited to the Diamond and Red Diamond levels once you’ve accrued enough points, where you can enjoy exclusive event invitations, promotion offers, and VIP account managers;
  • Daily Picks – The operator provides several daily picks ranging from free spins to deposit match bonuses and more. There were new offers waiting for me each time I logged into my account, often providing over 100% deposit matches. Swift Casino outdoes many of its competitors with its daily promos. The only downside is that most of them forced me to make a deposit first;
  • Tournaments – Swift Casino also runs dozens of slot tournaments, where players compete to see who can win the most on specific slots. The main competitions have 250 free spin prizes, and I found fewer players were vying for the prizes during each event compared to many alternative casinos due to the frequency of tournaments.

Design & Usability

You can tell Swift Casino isn’t on the same tier as certified industry leaders like Grosvenor, Paddy Power, or PlayOJO from its design. The operator is closer to alternatives like Rialto Casino regarding its aesthetics, with minimal thematics or interesting colourways. It ends up looking slightly amateurish and lazy, so keep this in mind if you prefer online casino platforms that look the part.

The overall Swift Casino design also needs more significant effort. There are hardly any categories other than the ‘Popular’, ‘Slots’, ‘Blackjack’, ‘Live Casino’, ‘Roulette’, ‘Card Games’, ‘Table Games’, ‘Jackpots’, and ‘Video Poker’ sections, making it hard to navigate the options. With a library of over 2,000 games, this poses a significant stumbling block.

The sophisticated search filters at Paddy Power and PlayOJO are a distant dream at Swift Casino. I struggled to sort games by provider, let alone pinpoint attributes like RTP or bonus features. It’s really unfortunate, especially considering the high-quality gaming selection.

Software

Swift Casino partners with several world-leading iGaming software providers. I was happy to find innovative industry upstarts like Relax Gaming alongside classic examples like NetEnt and Pragmatic Play. The only major miss is Microgaming, although I’d also like to see more Big Time Gaming titles on offer.

Games

Despite its design flaws, the actual Swift Casino gaming catalogue is top-notch. I enjoyed a broad variety of casino options, including some of the most comprehensive slot and live dealer libraries on the market. As with other areas, the operator doesn’t match the highest-ranking casinos, but it comes close.

I was most impressed with the jackpot slot options, with over 250 titles. This blows most other operators out of the water, making Swift Casino a particularly good choice for jackpot hunters. I wasn’t just impressed by the quantity of jackpot games, either, with ample high-quality options available. For example, the casino works with providers like Blueprint and Relax Gaming to supply their Jackpot King and Dream Drops progressive networks. I was also happy to find NetEnt’s Divine Fortune, rounding off a fantastic collection. The only thing missing for me was Mega Moolah.

The conventional slots catalogue is similarly well-stocked, with a versatile selection of mechanics like Megaways and Playtech’s Mega Fire Blaze games. One small gripe was the slightly dated selection, as I didn’t find many brand-new slots. MrQ is a much better option for this, even listing forthcoming slots to help players enjoy the most up-to-date titles possible.

Swift Casino’s impressive gaming library continues with its live dealer options. My main highlight here was the wide-ranging selection, which didn’t just focus on the traditional table games. The operator caters especially well for international players, with several rarer games like Fan Tan, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Sic Bo available.

The online casino also performs brilliantly regarding game shows. I enjoyed various top-level options from Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play. Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Funky Time Live, and Crazy Time are some of the most popular examples. I also played Jumanji The Bonus Level Live for the first time ever, a live casino option I haven’t found elsewhere.

Cashier

Swift Casino’s payment methods are fairly limited but still cover most angles. The options include:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • PayPal
  • Trustly
  • Bank Transfer

Trustly is a notable addition: an Open Banking service allowing players to deposit directly from their online banking accounts without supplying any sensitive information. However, I missed options like Paysafecard and a few more e-wallets.

Finding information regarding payment speeds at Swift Casino was annoyingly difficult. Instant withdrawals are definitely off the cards, and judging by the lack of information, processing speeds are likely to be on the slower side.

Support Options

'<p>Email is the primary customer support method at Swift Casino. There’s also a live chat available for players once registered, but no telephone options. This is another area where the operator must improve, especially considering its FAQ section is largely unhelpful.</p> '

Mobile Experience

I could access the Swift Casino HTML5 mobile website without too many problems, although it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The operator’s basic design and layout is even less appealing on smaller screens, and I also found the game thumbnails stretched weirdly to fit the narrower resolutions. The bare bones work fine, so you can still enjoy the great Swift Casino selection. Just don’t expect the backend mobile software to be anywhere near the level of my favourite mobile sites like Grosvenor.

App Review

Swift Casino doesn’t have an Android app, but the company recently launched an iOS application. Unfortunately, the reviews aren’t great, with a lowly 3.4 rating on the App Store. I could see why during my own tests, as the app was quite glitchy and showcases the same dull and uninspiring design as the website.

Summary

Swift Casino is brilliant in many areas but also has several places where it can definitely enhance its service. Notable highlights include the versatile live dealer selection, huge online slots library, and impressive range of jackpot titles. I was also a fan of the VIP scheme and daily picks bonuses, creating regular opportunities to take advantage of casino incentives.

However, the operator also needs to do its homework. I found the design way too bland compared to exciting platforms like Casushi or Duelz, and the lack of search tools was also a big miss. Elsewhere, I also think the free spins welcome bonus wagering requirements are a little too high.

Nevertheless, Swift Casino is still a great option, especially if you enjoy wide-ranging live dealer games and slots from the likes of Playtech and Relax Gaming.
